Cancel under 24 hours → No refund
No-shows → No refund
Content & Consulting Services
Deposits are non-refundable
Cancel 48+ hours before scheduled service to avoid charges
Rescheduling
One free reschedule allowed if requested at least 24 hours in advance (based on availability)
Force Majeure
In case of weather, safety, or government issues: full refund or reschedule offered
