Tours & Experiences

  • Cancel 24+ hours in advance → Full refund

  • Cancel under 24 hours → No refund

  • No-shows → No refund

Content & Consulting Services

  • Deposits are non-refundable

  • Cancel 48+ hours before scheduled service to avoid charges

Rescheduling

  • One free reschedule allowed if requested at least 24 hours in advance (based on availability)

Force Majeure

  • In case of weather, safety, or government issues: full refund or reschedule offered
