How do I book a service?
You can book any of our services directly through our website by selecting the service, date, and completing the payment via our secure checkout.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Venmo, and secure online payments via Stripe.
Can I cancel or reschedule a tour or service?
Yes, cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled time. For full details, see our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
Are your tours safe and guided?
Absolutely. All our tours are operated by licensed, experienced guides who prioritize your safety and comfort.

Do I need to pay a deposit before the service?
No. BB Global Group does not accept deposits. Services are either paid online at the time of booking or, in some cases, after the service is completed in person. It depends on the type of service selected.
